Auto wins town of salem

Okay so with the auto win mechanics put into place to simply “speed up the game” There is afew things that are hard to grasp my mind around.

Witch being only evil left with 1 Vigilante still alive

Why is this a thing? Especially when there is multiple town still alive?

Veteran vs Arsonist/Werewolf

There is an auto win that kicks in for NK when it’s 1 town vs NK. But why does the game end in favor of NK when the Veteran has alerts left?

Mayor vs Werewolf/Arsonist

The auto win DOES NOT kick in for NK when last standing is a Mayor. Why doesn’t this work for a Veteran?

Transporter/Escort vs Godfather/Serial Killer

When it’s a transporter/Escort as last town vs a solo mafia, the game auto gives the evils the win, even though town can draw it out.

Is there any other Auto Win mechanic you can think of? Post it below. I just experienced the Mayor vs Ww, where I thought the game would end with the Mayor miss-lynching the Medium, and it was followed by a moon-less night.

Because in that case it can go either way and it depends on the vote. If the exe doesn’t well, tough luck, maybe he was going for the exe win. When there’s only killing roles left who can’t kill each other, then the stalemate detector kicks in, as well in some other situations.

But situation isn’t “unwinable” for any party, it was just made so by the player refusing to guve either of you the win and you could have both hung the exe and let the game give SK the win.

Too many options for an auto win.

It’s not the game’s problem that neither GF nor NK could convince the Exe to vote with them.

If you didn’t want the risk, you should have lynched the Exe sooner.

Indeed. The Stalemate system is for that. A Stalemate. However, with 3 people alive, it’s not a stalemate, as 2 people can agree or be tricked into, voting for the third person. It might not happen, but it also COULD happen too, depending on how the people feel.

An example is me, If down to NK and Maf/Cov, I’d rather hang the Maf/Cov and give the NK the win, as it’s much hard for them to win compared to Maf/Cov who just has to out last and out number the enemy. If the NK can get that far into ‘end game’, he deserves the win.

However, unless I know who the NK is for sure, I can be tricked into voting him up instead, if he stupidly doesn’t say he’s the NK or allows the other person to say he’s Maf and never challenge it.
