Welcome to the Epiphany Bingo Webpage. Epiphany Bingo is played every Friday Night (except for holidays) in the Family Center. This is a volunteer organization which therefore allows all net proceeds to go to local charitable organizations. Come by yourself, or bring a friend, family members or a group, knowing that your gamecard purchase goes to local charities that need our help. Early bird games start at 7:30 PM, and regular games at 8:00 PM. Maximum cash prizes allowed by state law of $2,500 are given away every Friday night. The final game of the evening always has a $750 Payout.

There is no smoking in the Family Center during Bingo games. Bingo is operated on a cash basis. No checks or credit/debit cards are accepted. For more information on playing Bingo or joining as a volunteer, please see below.

Bingo Players
The sale of Bingo tickets starts at 7PM, and play begins with 4 earlybird games starting at 7:30. A $4 earlybird packet gives you a game card for each of these 4 games. The regular Bingo session starts at 8. The regular session has 13 games, made up of 8 regular games and 5 special games. The packets for the regular games cost from $5 to $22, depending on how many cards you want to play at one time. The specials cost $5 per pack. The bottom line is that you can come for the 8 o’clock start, and play every game the rest of the evening for as little at $10 per person, or come to play the earlybird games and play every game the rest of the evening for as little as $14 per person. You will also need a dauber to mark your cards as you play. These can be purchased for $1 each.

We have sellers at the door that can show you what the cards look like and help you decide how many you want to play, and answer any other questions you might have.

We also have a concession area open from 7 to near the end of the evening, offering hot dogs, nachos, barbeque beef sandwiches, cheesecake, popcorn, candy, drinks and more.

Bingo Volunteers Needed
Our bingo volunteer teams have recently lost a number of our long time team members due to relocations and retirements. We now have a serious need of a few new team members for each one of our 4 floor and concession teams, to ensure that we can keep the organization going.

To work the floor at Bingo, you must be at least 18 years of age, and fill out a short state form, which we will then submit to the state for approval. Once this approval is received, you will be assigned to a team. We have 4 teams, so generally your schedule will be to work every fourth week. If you already have a friend on one of these teams, we will be happy to assign you to that team. If not, we will generally assign you to the team that could most use the help. Depending on what you are assigned to do, you will be asked to arrive between 6:45 and 7:30, with the Bingo games generally ending by about 10. You can leave at that time, or stay a little longer and help clean up (wipe tables, sweep up a little, or put away tables and chairs).

Working in the concession area does not require state approval. In addition to needing a few adults for each concession team, this is an opportunity for kids 12 or older to join the team with a parent, and get volunteer hours for some of the local schools.

Bingo starts at 7:30pm and doors will open at 6:30 as usual.

$18 buys 9 cards for 10 games. 90 chances to win up to $1,000 and more. Drawings, 50/50 raffle, and homemade, Italian dishes made from generations-old recipes.

Three FREE gift certificate prizes will be drawn between games and are typically from some of your favorite local restaurants and businesses.

Italian Dinners are only $5, and they include a dessert of your choice. Beer and wine are also available for $3.00 each, soft drinks and water is $1.00.

Join us for an evening of fun, experience the delicious food, all while helping us raise money for All Saints Knights of Columbus charities.

Bingo is operated and certified under The Citizens for Dunwoody (CFD), and all volunteers are also members of the All Saints, Knights of Columbus (KofC), Council 11402. All CFD members were required to pass background checks as part of the requirements to operate Bingo in the State of Georgia.

More Information

We operate BINGO only one event per month and it’s usually held on the 4th Thursday of each month (Except for November & December when BINGO moves to the second Thursdays for these two months.) This is due to avoid any conflicts during the Holiday Season!

Dinner is serve shortly before the start of Bingo, and it’s always a BIG HIT with our attendees. Just ask anyone who attends BINGO, and we’re sure they would tell you the same!

Dinner is also available throughout the evening along with an assortment of desserts which include, pies, cakes, cookies, and more.

The 3 FREE gift card raffles throughout the evening are made possible by local businesses, and even big-name national companies as well! The gift cards range in value from $20 to $300.

Here’s what you can expect when you come to play bingo at one of our events.

Besides the 90 chances to win large sums of money playing bingo, and a chance to win 1/2 of the 50/50 split the pot drawing (all totaled over $1000) you will find a fun filled monthly Social Event, not just for our All Saints Parishioners, but for the entire Dunwoody, and surrounding communities as well.

You will usually find a packed house of patrons all eager to play Bingo and eat our fantastic meals and dessert selections ! We do supply a donation jar that is not mandatory. However, we do appreciate any donations to help us keep our costs down, allowing us more donation money for our many charities!

When the doors open at 6:30 PM, your front table bingo staff, will be there to welcome you to our event. They are also there to provide you with all the
BINGO material needed to play bingo.

At the end of the tables, at the last two stations, this is where you can purchase the optional 50/50 split the pot tickets. There, you will also be given your free gift card raffle ticket, which is good for all 3 free raffles.

If you haven’t already secured your seats for bingo, this is what you’ll need to do next. Then head to our kitchen counter, stand in line for an exceptional Italian meal selection that will probably taste better than anything you have ever experienced in the past!

Beer and wine are served adjacent to the kitchen and the cost is $3 for each. $18 per player and 90 chances to win!

If you are planning to attend please note that seating is restricted to the first 175 players, so come early. We do ask that you refrain from showing up before the doors open at 6:30 PM. We make this request to allow your Bingo Committee time to complete the equipment set up, which is primarily for your safety.
