Daddy Yankee, Bad Bunny Win Big at 2020 Billboard Latin Music Awards: Complete Winners List

Yankee won six of his seven awards for his Snow-assisted hit “Con Calma,” including hot Latin song of the year, airplay song of the year, and streaming song of the year.

Daddy Yankee and Bad Bunny were the ultimate winners Wednesday night at the 2020 Billboard Latin Music Awards, each taking home seven awards.

Yankee won six of his seven awards for his Snow-assisted hit “Con Calma,” including hot Latin song of the year, airplay song of the year, and streaming song of the year. It was a special night overall for Yankee who, alongside Luis Fonsi, was awarded the Billboard Latin Song of the Decade award for “Despacito.” He also took the stage to perform “Don Don” with Anuel AA, Kendo Kaponi and Sisqo.

Meanwhile, Bad Bunny took home seven awards too, including artist of the year, songwriter of the year, top Latin album of the year for X 100PRE, and top Latin albums artist of the year, male.

2020 Latin Grammys: A list of all the winners

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Latin Grammy Awards took place virtually across multiple countries. Video Elephant

Mexican singer Natalia Lafourcade was one of the biggest winners at the 2020 Latin Grammys, winning three awards Thursday night, including Album of the Year.

Lafourcade, who didn’t attend the awards show, joined Rosalía by becoming the second solo female performer to win the top prize at the Latin Grammys with “Un Canto Por México, Vol. 1.” Her wins also included best alternative song for “En Cantos” and best regional song for “Mi Religión.”

Residente — the most decorated act in the history of the Latin Grammys — continued his winning streak by taking home song of the year for “René” and best rap/hip-hop song for “Antes Que El Mundo Se Acabe.”
